Our new Plasma cutter is able to pierce 20mm thick mild steel and edge cut up to 25mm.

 

The CNC will cut a range of metals including stainless, aluminium and chromo. The bed size is 1200x1200 but we can easily index and cut longer sizes if necessary.

 

Specifying your cutting requirements is simple! PROMAC can draw what you want on our CNC program, scan your drawing in on the flat bed scanner (up to A4 size) or you can provide us with a .dxf file.

 

Examples of previous items we've cut include:

• Shock tabs, link tabs for the offroad buggy guys.

• Exhaust manifold flanges, turbo flanges and exhaust pipe flanges.

• Recovery points, banana shackles and thin wheel spacers also for the offroad industry.

• All the parts for the PROMAC diff housings currently being built.

 

PROMAC stocks 6mm mild steel plate in 1200x1200 sizes and a range of 8 and 10 mm also, this is something we will build on once we determine common sizes and types. However if you are after something different, let us know and we'll get it in for you!
